Pre-orders are estimated to ship by FEB, 2025. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

How do I choose the right Wooffy House size for my dog?

Small:

  • Internal: L630mm x W510mm x H510mm
  • External: L666mm x W550mm x H680mm
  • Recommended for dogs up to 30 lbs

Medium:

  • Internal: L810mm x W620mm x H642mm
  • External: L846mm x W660mm x H845mm
  • Recommended for dogs 30-50 lbs

Intermediate:

  • Internal: L1003mm x W772mm x H830mm
  • External: L1038mm x W812mm x H1062mm
  • Recommended for dogs 50-70 lbs

Large:

  • Internal: L1135mm x W870mm x H940mm
  • External: L1172mm x W910mm x H1200mm

What if my dog is a chewer?

If your dog demonstrates serious chewing/destructive tendencies, particularly with furniture, our Wooffy House may not be the best option for you.

How long does it take to assemble the Wooffy House? What tools are needed?

It should only take you about 15-20 minutes or so to assemble the crate. Tools and instruction manual will be provided. Should be quick and easy!

Can the Wooffy House be disassembled?

Yes, the Wooffy House can be disassembled by reversing the assembly instructions.

How do I clean the Wooffy House?

The fabric panels are removable and washable, and the wooden surfaces can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Can I leave the Woofy House outside?

The Wooffy House is not designed to be “outdoor” furniture.

Is the Wooffy House escape-proof?

No, Wooffy House can never be fully escape-proof, and if your dog is especially guileful, they MAY be able to sneak out. Because our Wooffy House is non-refundable, we advise not ordering if you think your dog may be a natural escape artist.

Our crates are handmade and one of a kind, and we are committed to paying our manufacturing partners fairly, utilizing high-quality/durable designs and materials, and investing in sustainable shipping practices. We continue to work with our production partners to adjust designs and processes in order to bring products to our customers at fair prices.

Does the Wooffy House work for other pets besides dogs?

While designed for dogs, it’s versatile enough for other small pets who enjoy a cozy space.
