Where do you ship?
We ship to the contiguous US: the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. We don’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, or outside the US.
When will my Wooffy House ship?
Wooffy Houses typically ship 1-2 days after the order is placed.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We don’t ship to PO Boxes.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free everywhere we ship: the lower 48 states and Washington, DC.
How can I change my shipping address?
We try to process orders very quickly, but please email us at wooffy@thewooffy.com and we’ll update the address or try to find another good solution.

Can I return a Wooffy House?
Before it ships, you can cancel for a full refund. After delivery we can’t take a Wooffy House back for change of mind or fit, because it’s large furniture, so please check your dog’s size and behavior against the sizing guide first. If it arrives damaged or defective, email photos to wooffy@thewooffy.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at our cost. The frame is real wood, so small variations in grain and color are normal. See our refund policy.
What if my dog is a chewer?
Circla is made of wood, so a dog that chews furniture will damage it and could hurt itself on the pieces. If your dog is still in a heavy chewing phase, wait until that’s behind you, or use a sturdy metal crate for now and switch to Circla later.
Is the Wooffy House a good fit for my dog?
If your dog enjoys a cozy spot of its own to relax in, it’d be a great fit! If your dog is a bit more rambunctious, a known chewer, and/or fearful of being crated - it may not be the best option for them.
How long does it take to assemble the Wooffy House? What tools are needed?
It should only take you about 18 minutes or so to assemble the crate. Tools and instruction manual will be provided. Should be quick and easy!
Can the Wooffy House be disassembled?
Yes, the Wooffy House can be disassembled by reversing the assembly instructions.
How should I clean my Wooffy House?
You can use a washing machine for roof fabric. We recommend hand washing the bed cover as much as possible to retain water resistance. A clean, damp cloth should be sufficient for regular Wooffy House body cleaning. For more serious messes animal-safe wood cleaning solutions will work the same way for furniture or floors.
Can I leave the Wooffy House outside?
The Wooffy House is not designed to be “outdoor” furniture.
Is the Wooffy House escape-proof?
No. Circla is a den for resting and sleeping, not a containment crate, and the roof isn’t built to hold in a dog that’s determined to get out. Young puppies, anxious dogs and climbers can get out, so please don’t rely on Circla to confine an unsupervised puppy. For crate training, start with a wire crate or playpen and move to Circla once your dog rests in it calmly.
Why does it cost more than a regular crate?
Circla is built like furniture rather than a folding wire crate: a solid wooden frame, acrylic and bamboo-mesh side panels and a Cozy Dog Mat, designed with the Norwegian studio Permafrost and made in small production runs. It’s also large and heavy — the bigger sizes weigh over 100 lb boxed — and shipping within the contiguous US is included in the price.
